Dermaplaning Facial

Dermaplaning is one of the easiest ways of removing unwanted hair from the face. A small blade is used to gently scrape away facial hair (often referred to as "peach fuzz") and rids the skin of any build-up of dead skin cells, all which can contribute to making your skin look dull or uneven.

Duration: 1.5 hrs

Clients not suitable for dermaplaning facial: Those with active acne, infection or cold sores in the areas of concern. Why? Due to the spreading of potential bacteria or virus this can lead to a wider spread infection that can cause more inflammation, sometimes pigmentation and even scarring.

Just like an exfoliation, it removes any barriers which would stop your skincare from penetrating – meaning your products often work much more effectively after a treatment. Removal of vellus hair can allow make-up to sit more smoothly, give skin more of a light refraction and a glow as it is also essentially creating an exfoliation as well as hair removal. Plus, the hair itself can make women quite self-conscious, particularly if it spans most of the lower cheek.

Cleansing and Extraction Facial

Just as the name indicates, a deep cleaning facial provides DEEP cleaning. This cleansing helps rid the skin of unwanted buildup of oil, toxins, dirt, bacteria, and all skin cell debris – all of which contribute to unwanted skin conditions like acne and premature aging.

Duration: 1.5 hrs

There are many benefits to a deep pore cleansing facial. For one thing, this facial removes any dirt caught beneath the surface of your skin. Cleansing these areas can help prevent acne breakouts in the future.

And exfoliation can help no matter your skin type. Gentle exfoliation can give your skin a bright and youthful shine.

Of course, we've all tried to remove a blackhead on our own at one point or another! But removing blackheads without the proper equipment can actually make the problem worse. A professional can help remove your blackheads in a way that doesn't cause any damage to your skin.

Oxygen Facial

Intended to rejuvenate and hydrate the skin, an oxygen facial uses oxygen under high amounts of pressure to apply various serums and hyaluronic acid to the skin. Hyaluronic acid is naturally present in the human body, and is thought to lessen the effects of aging by tightening and hydrating the skin.

Duration: 1.5 hrs

Oxygen facials help improve blood circulation to the face, which help skin look bright and plump. Calming of acne. Oxygen is known to accelerate wound healing and may also kill certain bacteria.

Micro-Needling Facial

Micro-needling is a cosmetic procedure. It involves pricking the skin with tiny sterilized needles. The small wounds cause your body to make more collagen and elastin, which heal your skin and help you look younger. You might also hear it called collagen induction therapy.

Duration: 1.5 hrs

Microneedling may help with issues like:

  • Acne
  • Hair loss (also called alopecia)
  • Dark spots or patches on your skin (hyperpigmentation)
  • Large pores
  • Reduced skin elasticity
  • Scars
  • Stretch marks
  • Sun damage
  • Fine lines and wrinkles

Microneedling is less expensive than laser treatments. Microneedling may work better for people with darker skin tones because it doesn’t involve heat the way laser treatments do, which can affect your skin’s pigmentation or colour. We can help with what’s best for your skin -- and your budget.

Vitamain A Cold Peel Facial

Cold skin peels are one of the most popular anti-aging treatments that use a chemical reaction to peel off dead cells from the surface of your skin. This can improve your complexion by removing fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, and sun damage.

Duration: 1.5 hrs

Microneedling is generally more affordable, making it a good option for those who need multiple treatments or have a tighter budget.

Cold Peel, while more expensive, offers advanced technology and can be more effective for certain skin issues, potentially providing quicker results.

LED Treatments

LED Light Therapy harnesses the healing power of light for a total skin rejuvenation solution.
By sending soothing energy deep into the tissue, LED works on a cellular level to combat active acne, reduce redness and rosacea, stimulate collagen production, induce faster healing and more.

LED (light-emitting diode) light therapy is a non-invasive treatment that enters the skin’s layers to improve the skin.
In the 1990s, NASA began studying LED’s effects in promoting wound healing in astronauts by helping cells and tissues grow.
Today LED light therapy is used to treat a range of skin issues. Skin specialists often use LED light therapy together with other treatments, such as creams, ointments and facials, to give you the best results.
